To reach our ambitious growth plans in the coming years, Vox Carrier is expanding its operations globally and looking for strong sales and marketing candidates to join our international and diverse team.

We’re looking for a highly skilled senior Marketing Manager to help us plan and execute our ambitious marketing initiatives worldwide. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in B2B companies with strong expertise in digital marketing.

This person will report directly to the CEO of Vox Carrier and its leadership team to execute the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives. She/he will be focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing and analytics. She/he will also be in capacity to oversee our website development and marketing content creation/curation.

For this purpose, she/he will have the ability to plan and oversee the activities of multiple stakeholders: content writers, designers as well as branding and digital agencies. This high-impact role will work across functions and be the main marketing point of contact of our sales organization and senior leaders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop as well as coordinate and oversee the execution of the B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, content creation, and website updates. This responsibility requires intense stakeholder management to guide and supervise the activities of external vendors (brand, digital, communication agencies)
  • Oversee marketing lead nurturing and generation campaigns. Be continuously in touch with the business development team to monitor the journey of the marketing leads along the sales journey.
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
  • Considering Vox it is a fast growing company, the Marketing Director will be hands on.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Email, database, and digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
  • Google Analytics and Google Ad Word certified (required)
  • Experience in Telecom industry preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRMs to nurture, track and report on lead conversions
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
