Your Mission:

  • With overall P&L responsibility for your respective region, you will set routing and pricing strategies, engineer bilateral and SWAP agreements in collaboration with Account Managers, ensure best quality of service and price equilibrium for various voice product lines, and optimize the cost structure to increase profitability while achieving the required quality of service in line with product strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Regional Profitability and achievement of regional and company targets
  • Setting country and destination strategies to increase Vox’s market share in wholesale voice
  • Engineer and management of bilateral and SWAP agreements to ensure maximum profitability and best quality of service for various product lines
  • Determine the most effective market driven pricing for all wholesale voice products to increase volumes and profitability
  • Monitor and improve quality of service for your respective countries and destinations
  • In collaboration with the Account Management team, engage with customers in negotiation of bilateral and SWAP agreements
  • Analysis and monitoring of local markets, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to the Account Management team
  • Active participation and involvement in all routing optimization and automation activities

Your Profile:

  • Experience in international wholesale voice
  • Proven track record in voice market management and negotiations with strong customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Successful experience in working at other carrier wholesale operators
  • University degree in business, marketing, economics or similar domains
