Business Analysts are working on improvements and suggesting upgrades on all business-related processes, procedures, tools and (platform) service that could result in improved profitability or service quality.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily traffic, Revenue, Gross Profit and quality analysis with special focus on top customers and taking actions to insure profitability.
• Improving current processes and performance by introducing new knowledge and methodology to the company and department.
• Track the profitability of all deals with customers. Reporting on profitability side of projects and suggesting new ways to increase it.
• Collaboration with multiple departments regarding customer strategy, changes in setup, regulations, providing business insights and requirements.
• Providing business insights for customer reports and suggesting new models on how to grow the business and profitability.
• Custom pricing analysis/approving and suggested activities for top customers (as well as possible discounts or other commercial models).
• Help with analysis, price suggestions and future route setup for auctions, tenders of top clients. Analysis of overall traffic and providing opportunity insights towards Sales.
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting on global and customer level.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools in order to gather all available information and turn it into insights and strategy.
• Keep up with the updates from the industry, market trends and customer strategies. Have an overview of business and latest industry trends as well as the competition.
• Help the company and dedicated teams to make the right decisions and meet the company goals in a correct and timely manner.
• Identify knowledge/skills/capability gaps across regional teams, and implement necessary actions to overcome all challenges.

Your profile:

• Minimum experience in a similar position – 3 years.
• University degree in business, economics, IT or similar domains.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use data analytics and data patterns to provide insights, and help in decision making.
• Attention to details and strong Team Player.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and SQL skills.
• Successful experience in working at other carrier wholesale operators or SMS A2P aggregators would be a plus.
